- I have not received my invitation email; what happened? Depending on your email security settings, this email may have ended up in your junk or spam folders. Additionally if you have already submitted their feedback and the list of candidates the recruiter has selected has not changed before they requested feedback, a new email will not be sent.
- Why have certain candidates disappeared from my candidate list? ‘Missing’ candidates may have been moved from the process folder feedback was requested from by the recruiter. Contact them to find out if this is the case. Otherwise, if feedback has already been submitted for these candidates but a new set of candidates has been added to your list, the candidates with feedback submitted will no longer be visible.
- Can I make changes to their feedback after it has been submitted? Once feedback has been submitted it is finalised and you cannot amend their feedback using the login link sent to you initially. In order to amend feedback, the recruiter must reset your feedback first. Once this has been done, you will receive a new access email. All comments and decisions previously entered will be retained and can be amended as needed.
