14. When the candidates are imported to Springboard, following icons are displayed on the QJumpers to signify that the candidate profile have been downloaded, and credit has been used.
15. A new candidate record is created within Springboard for each import.
16. All the candidates imported via QJumpers can also be seen via “Candidate Imports” tab available from Candidates --> External Search --> QJumpers --> Candidate Import.
17. The candidate information from QJumpers can be viewed against candidate profile and experience tab.
Profile Tab: All the information along with the contact details, social links etc. are stored on the candidate profile fields.
Experience Tab: Candidate’s professional summary including their work history, companies, skills, qualifications, certifications etc. are stored under the Experience tab. Select “QJumpers” from the drop-down below to see the professional information coming from QJumpers.
18. The candidate source is set as “QJumpers” on Springboard.
[NOTE]: By default, the active jobs from last 180 days are displayed under “Link to Job” drop-down. But this can be set to another value by speaking to PeopleScout Support Team.
Similarly, for talent folders, active Talent Folders created within last 180 days are displayed under “Post to Talent Folder” drop-down. But this can be set to another value by speaking to PeopleScout Support Team.
New Leads folder:
With this release, we have introduced a new folder that will be used to manage the potential candidates which are available via
- AI Talent Match - Internal Search (Previously known as Recommended by Springboard)
- QJumpers - External Search
AI Talent Match – Springboard has capability to search for the candidates that are available within the system and match the job requirements. AI Talent match technology also provides the candidates’ suitability score and talent insights. This is done via our Third-Party tool, Sovren.
This functionality has been already available within Springboard as Recommended by Springboard.
If the recruiters are not happy with the list provided by AI, then they can click on the “Search more Internal Candidates” and the list will be refreshed with more candidates.
QJumpers: The candidates imported from QJumpers interface can be viewed and actioned upon from the candidate’s grid under QJumpers folder.
The recruiter can then act by either sending an "Invite to Apply" to the candidate, linking them to the job (after consulting with them), or selecting additional options from the action menu by right-clicking on the candidate.
If the recruiters are not happy with the available list of candidates, then they can click on the “Search more External Candidates” and they will be redirected to the QJumpers interface to search for more candidates that match the job criteria.
The users will be able to find their unused credits from the screen as shown below:
Ability to define default communication for single interviews
For bulk-interviews the default email communications can be defined for candidate and panel members. Also, with Online/ digital interviews but there was no place to define the default communications for online and face to face interviews.
With Release 7.38, we have made some significant progress for single interviews area for admin users by defining the default configuration to be set under “Administration -->Admin Console -->Interview Auto Communications”.

- Consistency: Ensure all interview-related messages follow a standard format.
- Customisation: Set and adjust default communication settings based on your hiring needs.
This update simplifies interview coordination, making it easier to manage candidate communications with minimal manual effort.
How it works:
To define the default communication for single interviews, please follow the steps as mentioned below:
1. Go to Administration --> Admin Console --> Interview Auto Communications --> Single interview default configuration.
2. You will be able to define the default configuration:
- Communication Type
- Online Template
- Face to face template
- Emails to be sent to the candidate
- Emails to be sent to the panel members
3. The selections made on this screen will be reflected when a user creates single interviews.
