Packages available with Referoo Integration

Referoo integration with Springboard allows the users to perform the reference checks from the system in a faster and seamless way. With the latest Referoo upgrade released with Springboard release 7.39, the users will now be able to do so more than just reference checks, reference link https://www.referoo.com/reference-checks using the same integration:

• Background Checks - Reference link - https://www.referoo.com/background-checks
• ID Checks - Reference link - https://www.referoo.com/id-checks
• Right to Work Checks – Reference link - https://www.referoo.com/right-to-work-checks
• Work History – Reference link - https://www.referoo.com/work-history-checks

 The above features will be added as packages on the Referoo suite and can be requested via the existing third-party

Triggering the Check:

1. Select the candidate and then navigate through the 'Assessments / Check' menu option to 'Request 3rd Party Assessment'.
   ​

   

2. Choose "Referoo-PKG" from the Assessment Provider list. 

   

3. The candidate's details will be pre-populated based on their information in Springboard. Ensure a Questionnaire/Package is chosen from the list then continue to trigger the Check. ​

   

You're all done - the candidate and any referees will be prompted automatically to complete all pending Checks, and you will receive automated emails as the Check results become available.

You can view the status of any Checks through the Forms section on the candidate in Springboard. This section is only for visibility rather than making any changes.

Triggering the assessment and handling results via rules 

1. From your Springboard instance, go to “Administration” --> “Process designer”.
2. Click on the workflow and step from where the assessment should be triggered.
3. Click on “Manage Rules” --> “Create Rule”
4. On Step 1: Select “On Entry”, Step:2, Apply any action when = “Recruiter moves the candidate” or Rules engine moves the candidate”.
5. On Step 3: Select “Request 3rd party Assessment” from the Actions  drop-down menu.
6. Select “Referoo-PKG” from the Assessment Provider drop-down menu.
7. Select your country code.
8. Select a package from the Package drop-down menu.

9. Click “Next” and save the rule.

To process the candidates based on “Referoo-PKG” results follow the steps below:

1. Follow steps 1, 2 and 3 as mentioned above.
2. On Step 1: Select “On Result Received”, Step: 2, Add Conditions based on:
   • Referoo Status

   • Referoo Score

     

3. Add Actions to process the candidates based on the conditions defined on Step2. For instance, if Referoo Score is greater 50, move candidate to the next successful folder.
4. Save the rule.

As a candidate:

1. An automatic email from Referoo will be sent to the candidate with the link to fill and submit their referee details.

   

2. Click on the link, and Referoo portal will open.

   

   3. Fill in the details and submit the form.
