Now a candidate search can be done based on different search criteria.
Example 1 – To search for all candidates who have entered 'Sydney' as a response to a question 'What is your preferred location' on any form.
- In the candidate search area, Scroll down to the "Form responses' section
- Provide the response "Sydney" in the Response field
- Click on "Find Candidates " button in the bottom of the page as pointed in the screenshot above
Example 2 – To search for all candidates who have responded that their preferred working location is Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to the Nurses More Details form(as opposed to any other forms which may have been sent out with a similar question).
Example 3 – To build a more targeted search by combining the responses to multiple questions at the same time. This search shows all candidates who have responded in the selected form example Nurses More Details form that their preferred working location is Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane AND they are available to work on Monday and Tuesday.
