Important: some sites take advantage of the optional candidate review screens. In these sites the following instructions still work, however additional functionality is available to view and log notes from candidate review. For more information on candidate review pleaser refer to the candidate review section. Changes cannot be made to the application once it has been submitted.
You can add a note against a particular application at any time after it has been created. The notes will viewable from the candidate’s action history.
Notes can be added for either an individual application, or a single note can be added for multiple applications at the same time.
Either way the first thing you will need to do is find the application(s). Then follow the appropriate instructions below:

ADD NOTE TO AN INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION
From your search results, click on the candidate’s name link to access their application record.
Click on action menu. Select "Create note" from this menu.
You will be directed to Create note page. Enter the note you wish to add into the note box and click on 'Create Note' button at the bottom right of the page as pointed in the screenshot below.
Your note will now be logged against the candidate and viewable through the Communication tab of the candidate in review mode(as shown and pointed in the below screenshot).
ADD NOTE TO MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS
- From your search results, click the checkbox next to the candidate’s name for each candidate you want to add the note to.
- Click on action menu
- select 'Create Note'
- You should now be at the Create note page. Enter the note you wish to add into the note box and click son Create note at bottom right of the page as shown in the above screenshot.
Your note will now be logged against the candidates and viewable in the Communication tab in review mode.
