We’re excited to announce a new capability that brings more flexibility and speed to your recruitment process i.e. the ability to send interview invitations via SMS.
As text messaging becomes an increasingly preferred channel of communication, this feature ensures that candidates receive their interview details quickly and conveniently, right on their mobile devices. In addition to the SMS, a courtesy email will also be sent to ensure candidates have multiple ways to book or unbook their interviews.
As part of this change, we are also introducing an enhanced interview booking portal featuring a fresh, modern look and feel. This upgrade is designed to provide candidates with a smoother, more intuitive, and convenient experience.
Each candidate receives a secured and unique link for the interview booking on their mobile device.
Why this matters:
- Improved candidate engagement: Texts help improve the success rate as it helps communication in real time which results in faster response.
