Candidates can be reviewed at any time after their application has been submitted. There is no need to wait for the advertisements to close before you begin the review process. To access candidates there are two modes as highlighted in the below screenshot.
All candidates:
Clicking on All (as pointed in the screenshot below) will display all the candidates in the requisition and also display which folder they are in.
Grid Mode:
Grid mode is ideal for quickly screening candidates based on questionnaire scores, citizenship requirements, assessment results etc.
Search for your job and click the Candidates link in the search results to access the candidate processing screens. You can also access the candidate processing screens via the relevant links on the Dashboard and the Job Detail form.
Review Mode:
Review mode allows you to quickly review the applicants resume, Profile, application form, documents etc all from within the browser.
It is ideal for reviewing candidates in further detail after an initial screen has been made using the Grid mode.
From the candidate grid Double Click on a candidate or click the in the upper right corner as pointed in the below screenshot to access review mode.
