Templates allow you to manage the standard emails available for use on your system. While there are some functional emails that cannot be user modified the bulk of these are available for user management.
- Click on Administration and then App Comms or Job Comms in the left hand navigation menu.
HOW TO CREATE AN EMAIL TEMPLATE
- Click on the Create Message button at the bottom right of the screen as pointed in the screenshot below.
- Select the Type as Email, enter a name and click Create Template
- Enter the details for the email and click Save
HOW TO EDIT AN EMAIL TEMPLATE
- Click on the message name
- Update the details for the email and click Save
HOW TO DEACTIVATE/REMOVE AN EMAIL TEMPLATE
- Click on the message name
- When the message details load click Remove option from the bottom right of the page
