With Release 7.31, we are introducing Embedded Analytics into Springboard. This is based on a standard set of dashboards and insights.
The purpose of providing embedded analytics to you is to give decision-makers the opportunity to explore and interpret information in an interactive visual environment.
The Springboard's embedded analytics is backed by Amazon QuickSight technology. AWS Quicksight is a cloud-scale business intelligence (BI) service that can be used to deliver easy-to-understand insights to the people.
Access to embedded analytics
The access to this functionality would be driven by a role. Please check with your account manager or Springboard Support team in case of any assistance.
Currently, there are seven dashboards designed as mentioned below:
- Open Requisitions
- Hiring Activity
- Source Performance and ROI
- Candidate Interaction
- Recruitment Activity
- RTH processing
Each dashboard further consists of various charts to help you visualise data insights.
Please find brief introduction for the dashboards as follows:
Open Requisitions - The Open Requisitions dashboard is useful for gauging requisition volume against various metrics like average days open, open requisition by job type. Please find detailed article on this dashboard here.
Hiring Activity – Hiring Activity dashboard provides visibility into your progress toward achieving your headcount goals.

- Each dashboard comes with controls/ filters and the data could be analysed using these filters.
- Each dashboard has two tabs i.e. Analysis and Details.
- Analysis - Analysis displays the data in the chart form.
- Details - This displays the dataset used for the selected dashboard.
- Analysis gives the chart view whereas details tab has the data that drives the charts.
- Each chart can be drilled for further analysis.
- Each chart can be maximised.
- Each chart has three dots on the top-right corner, clicking on which displays the following two options:
- View summary data
- Export to CSV
Each dashboard has been provided with certain controls which can be configured by the user to refine the data sets. These controls can be mixed and matched and corresponding results are displayed.
For instance, in the screenshot below from "Open Requisitions" dashboard the controls provided are industry, job type, location, hiring manager et all..
The data on each chart for this dashboard would be displayed based on the controls selection.
The user can revert back by clicking on the icon.
Please keep in consideration that the controls would be different for each dashboard.
Apart from charts, tiles are arranged on top the charts and provide a high-level view of the stats.
Please find below screenshot of the tiles as highlighted on the "Open Requisitions" dashboard.
