Average days open:
This chart gives user to visualise number of days a vacancy has been opened for grouped by time period.
The number of open days is calculated by subtracting approved date from closed date.
The time period is taken into consideration for duration of 30 days i.e., it is 0-30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days and more than 60 days.
Open requisitions by job type:
This chart helps to determine the number of open requisitions against the job type.
The open requisitions number is calculated by taking into account all the approved and released requisitions at that time.
Open requisition by job group:
This chart helps to determine how many open requisitions are there against the job group/ industry that the requisition belongs to.
The open requisitions number is calculated by taking into account all the approved and released requisitions at that time.
Open requisition by location:
This chart helps to determine how many requisitions are open at a particular location.
The open requisitions number is calculated by taking into account all the approved and released requisitions at that time.
Average days by recruiter:
This chart helps user to visualise the average number of days a requisition has been open for against each recruiter.
Total positions vs unfilled open positions by recruiter:
This chart plots each recruiter against total positions and unfilled positions in your organisation.
The number of total positions is calculated from the number of positions on the requisition details form.
The number of unfilled positions is calculated as difference between total positions and filled positions.
Tiles
Apart from the charts, there are certain tiles displayed on this dashboard that could give you better idea of the open requisition KPIs. Following is the list
- Current open requisitions - The count of open requisitions as of the time period provided under the controls.
- Current open positions - The count of total open positions.
- Current unfilled positions - The difference between the count of current open positions from the filled positions.
- Current jobs on hold - The count of requisitions on hold status.
- Average days on hold - The count of requisitions on hold status divided by time period.
- Average days to fill - This is calculated as sum of time to fill for all requisitions closed within the date range divided by the total number of requisitions closed within the date range.
