The Source Performance and ROI dashboard provides you with insight into how candidates are entering your talent pipeline and the quality of those channels based on candidate performance. This dashboard is useful for establishing the ROI of your job market spending as well as identifying trends and changes in the top of your recruitment funnel.
The dashboard can be accessed from Administration --> Analytics --> Source Performance and ROI
There are various charts available on this dashboard that help you understand and analyse the performance of various sources at work and also the return of investment on each source.

Applicants vs hires by source:
This chart helps you to view the number of applicants and hires coming from each source for the selected time period.
In the example above, almost 10,000 applications came through Indeed and out of which 110 people were hired whereas around 4000 applications came through the careers portal out which 106 people were hired.
From a benchmark perspective, it helps understand the from which source the top talent is coming.
Application to hire conversion rate:
This chart helps you to visualise the source effectiveness. The conversion rate is calculated by dividing the number applicants hired by the total number of applicants for a specific source.
In the example above, all the applicants coming from Apply Direct source or LinkedIn have been hired.
Similarly, out of 100 applications coming via Agency Engaged, 50 candidates were hired.
