Hiring Activity dashboard provides visibility into your progress toward achieving your headcount goals.
This helps you to track the key metrics across your various requisitions and also give you overall understanding of your hiring pipeline.
The hiring activity dashboard can be accessed from the Analytics area under Administration.
Click Hiring Activity to view various charts.
Similar to Open Requisitions, this dashboard also comprises of charts and tiles to present the data.

Hires by month:
Hires by month chart represents total number of placed employee against the month for the time period selected on the controls.
Hires by job type:
This chart helps you to visualise the total number of candidate hired against each job type for the time period selected on the controls.
Hiring Managers with applicants currently in interview step (Top 10):
This chart helps to understand that which ten hiring managers have candidates at interview stage for the time period selected from the controls. For this chart, the hiring managers' name are plotted against the number of candidates at interview step in the recruitment pipeline.
Hires by hiring manager (Top 10):
This chart plots the hiring managers' name against the number of applicants hired by each hiring manager for the time period selected on the controls. The top 10 results are displayed for this chart.
Hires by Job Group:
This chart helps to visualise that how many applicants have been hired for each job group/ industry for the time period selected on the controls.
Average days to hire by recruiter:
This chart plots the recruiters' responsible for a requisition against the average number of days it took them to hire an applicant for the time period selected on the controls.
Average number of days to hire is calculated as the difference of date on which candidate was placed from date of application submission.
Hires by location:
This chart helps to visualise that how many applicants have been hired for each location for the time period selected on the controls.
Hires by recruiter:
This chart plots the recruiters' name against the number of applicants that they have hired for the time period selected on the controls.
Tiles
Applications - Total number of submitted applications for the selected time period.
Hires - Total number of applicants hired for the selected time period.
Applicant to hire ratio - This is a crucial benchmark that helps in determining how many candidates are needed on an average to fill a role. This is calculated by total number of application submitted divided by the total number of applicants hired or the selected time period.
Apply to hire days - This KPI tile gives an idea that how many days are taken for an application submission to hire. This takes into account the number of days an applicant has been through various steps before being hired.
