The Diversity dashboard provides you with a complete picture of your candidate demographics as you strive to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
The dashboard can be accessed via Administration --> Analytics --> Diversity tab.
The metrics on the Diversity dashboard are represented using charts as mentioned below:

This pie chart helps the user to visualise the volume of diversity on the basis of gender among the hired candidates.
Applicants vs hires by gender:
This chart helps to gauge gender diversity among the hires and total applicants
First nations hires:
This pie chart helps you visualise the volume of first nation candidates hired in the pipeline.
Applicants vs hires by first nations:
This chart helps to gauge the volume among the hires and total applicants basis whether they are Indigenous people i.e. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people or not.
Applicants by gender:
This chart helps you to understand the gender diversity distribution amongst all the applications.
Applicants by gender and job type:
This chart helps you to understand the gender diversity distribution amongst all the applications grouped by job type.
Applicants by gender and job group:
This chart helps you to understand the gender diversity distribution amongst all the applications grouped by job group/ industry.
